If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Section 5 - Payment & Billing

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. We reserve the right to cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized. In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated without prior contact with our support team, we reserve the right to provide relevant order, shipping, and policy documentation to the payment processor.

Section 6 - Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, order processing begins and changes are no longer possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Section 7 - Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery is deemed completed upon confirmed delivery at the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate. Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery. If tracking indicates delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must first contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. Further handling will follow the procedures outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Section 8 - Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our eligibility conditions. In certain cases, we may resolve matters without requiring the return of the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Abuse of refund systems, repeated false claims, or chargeback misuse may result in permanent account restrictions.
