30-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery at the address provided during checkout. To initiate a return, customers must contact our supportteam at: Info@glowesleep.com

 Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible.

 Eligibility Conditions

To maintain hygiene and product integrity standards, returned items must:

  • -       Be unused and in original condition
  • -       Include original packaging
  • -       Be free from damage not caused by transit
  • -       Be complete (including bundled components, unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Items that do not meet hygiene and condition standards, showing signs of wear, improper handling, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Return Authorization Required

Returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, customers will receive detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. If approved: The original item must be returned in eligible condition. Once inspected and approved, a replacement order will be processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the issue must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Clear photographic evidence is required. Upon verification, GLOWE may, at its discretion:

-       Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or Issue a full refund. In certain cases, we may resolve the matter without requiring the item to be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as customers remain responsible for returned items until received. GLOWE is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping

Inspection & Refund Process

All returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days after receipt. If approved, refunds will be processed tot he original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be declined.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return:

  • -       Items returned without authorization
  • -       Items returned to an incorrect adress
  • -       Items damaged after delivery due to improper care
  • -       Used products
  • -       Items returned beyond the 30-day period
  • -       Products damaged due to improper use

Compliance with Local Consumer Laws

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local laws in the customer’s country of residence.
