Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins and changes are no longer possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.
Estimated delivery times
Canada: 5–9 calender days
United States: 5–9 calender days
Europe: 5–10 calender days
Rest of the world: 6–12 calender days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking confirmation serves as proof of shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring accurate delivery information is provided at checkout.
Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for the order transfers upon confirmed delivery at the address provided during checkout. If tracking indicates that the order has been delivered, but you believe it has not been received, please: verify the delivery address provided, check with household members or neighbors, contact the shipping carrier directly. Claims for missing deliveries must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned or lost, GLOWE is not responsible for reshipment costs.
Customs, Duties & Delays
For international shipments: Customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or delays imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs-related delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery, including clear photographic evidence. In the case of a lost shipment: An investigation with the carrier may be required, resolution will be determined after confirmation from the carrier.
GLOWE reserves the right to verify delivery status before issuing refunds or replacements.
Force Majeure
GLOWE is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or global events.
Compliance with Local Laws
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local laws in the customer’s country of residence.
